Today, President Armen Sarkissian had a telephone conversation with Acting Minister of Defense Vagharshak Harutyunyan.
The President of the Republic stressed that the electoral process should not in any way affect the security of the borders and the defense capacity of the country. The President considered it necessary to be more vigilant in carrying out their service, especially these days.
