At the 13 June sitting, the CEC examined the applications of Edgar Gharzaryan and Naira Zohrabyan. The first was to consider the registration of the Prime Ministerial candidate Nikol Pashinyan in the list of the “Civil Contract” party invalid and to initiate administrative proceedings.

Naira Zohrabyan had applied to the Central Electoral Commission demanding that the commission apply to the Administrative Court to declare the registration of the “Civil Contract” party’s electoral list invalid.

Her application was based on the fact that during the campaign the “Civil Contract” party was voicing insults. The Commission rejected both applications. [CEC]
