Human Rights Defender Arman Tatoyan reports.

“I had an urgent discussion with Ms Dunja Mijatović, the Council of Europe Commissioner for Human Rights, during which I presented the gross violations of the rights of the citizens of the Republic of Armenia, first of all, the border residents, as a result of the illegal infiltration into the sovereign territory of the Republic of Armenia by the Azerbaijani armed forces on 12 and 13 May, 2021.

I also presented to the Commissioner of the Council of Europe the results of the fact-finding work of the RA Human Rights Defender on 14 and 15 May in Gegharkunik and Syunik.

Additional details of human rights violations will be presented to international organizations in separate reports and information.”
