It should be reminded that on 12 May, some groups of servicemen of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces crossed the state border of Armenia and took actions to enclose Sev Lich (Black Lake). The Armenian Armed Forces carried out tactical counterattacks.

The Azeris located in some adjacent areas left the occupied territories as a result of tactical counterattacks of the Armenian armed forces. No case of application of firearms or other weapons has been registered by the Armenian or Azerbaijani armed forces so far. At the same time, about 250 members of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces continue to be inside the state borders of the Republic of Armenia in some parts of Syunik and Gegharkunik regions.
