On April 30, RA President Armen Sarkissian signed a new decree stating:

“Based on Article 139, Part 1, Article 166, Part 7 of the Constitution, as well as the proposal submitted by the decision of the Supreme Judicial Council of 26 April, 2021 BDK-26-O-40.

To appoint Nora KARAPETYAN, a judge of the Civil Court of Appeal, as the President of the Civil Court of Appeal for a term of three years,” the decree reads.
