“The relatives of the captives were in-front-of the government building until 2:00 pm regarding their return, no one approached. They blocked Yerevan-Gyumri road from 7:00 in the morning; again 0 responses. A person in difficulties needs attention, care and it is rational. They should not be left alone with their grief. Citizens should feel the care of the state at every moment,” he wrote.
