According to the Office of the Human Rights Defender, in 2020, compared to previous years, the number of calls to the hotline of the Human Rights Defender’s Office has doubled totaling to 11,735 calls.

For comparison, the number of phone calls received in 2016 was 2086, in 2017 – 1876, in 2018 – 2802, and in 2019 this figure was more than doubled reaching to 6210 calls.
