Based on the initiative of the deputies of the National Assembly to convene a special sitting of the National Assembly and the decision of the National Assembly Council of 1 April, 2021, AGHKO-021-L, guided by Articles 100 of the Constitution and Article 41 of the Constitutional Law “Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly” by the decision of the NA President Ararat Mirzoyan, a special sitting of the National Assembly will be convened at 11:00 am on the following  agenda.
