Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan signed a decree on 31 March, which states:
Pursuant to Article 20, Part 5, Article 22, Part 1, Clause 2 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Armenia”,
To dismiss Andranik Simonyan from the post of Deputy Chairman of the Investigation Committee of the Republic of Armenia. “
Notably, Andranik Simonyan was appointed to this position by the 26 March decree of the Prime Minister.
His biography was not even posted on the official website of the Investigative Committee.
