Of course, the business environment dictates its rules, but for example, do women over 30 (more risky over 50) not have the right to live? Therefore, the law should provide a counterbalance, for example, in the case of jobs that do not require direct contact with the client, the employer is obliged to choose among those over 50,” he said.
