Mnatsakan Bichakhchyan, former head of the RA Police Passport and Visa Department, wrote on his Facebook page:
“This issue should be regulated by law. You see, ‘good looking girls below 30 are required to be hired. Of course, the business environment dictates its rules, but for example, do women over 30 (more risky over 50) not have the right to live? Therefore, the law should provide a counterbalance, for example, in the case of jobs that do not require direct contact with the client, the employer is obliged to choose among those over 50,” he said.
