The President of the Artsakh Republic Arayik Harutyunyan published a video, writing:
“I was on a working visit to the Martakert region over the weekend. I visited Maghavuz, Varnkatagh, Mets Shen and Mokhratagh communities, talked to the residents, presented the programs expected within the framework of the state policy, inquired about their problems, submitted proposals on the spot, and gave instructions to the relevant state agencies for their solution as soon as possible.
“During the visit, I got acquainted with the construction work being carried out in those communities, which are aimed at eliminating the devastation caused by the recent war, as well as restoring free housing and providing it to displaced residents.”
