On 19 February, the Minister of Defense of the Republic of Armenia Vagharshak Harutyunyan visited the A. Khanperiants Military Aviation University of the MoD.

“The structure of the military aviation university, the training material base, current and distance programs were presented to the head of the Ministry of Defense. Vagharshak Harutyunyan walked around the university, got acquainted with the educational, classroom and barracks conditions of the school.
Vagharshak Harutyunyan also talked to the cadet staff of the university, got interested in the educational process, and answered the cadets’ questions.
On the same day, the RA Minister of Defense also met with the cadets of Vazgen Sargsyan Military University of Mod, presented the challenges faced by the Armed Forces, answered the questions of the cadets.
“During the meetings with the cadets of the military educational institutions, emphasizing the role of military education in the development of a skilled officer of the Armed Forces, the Defense Minister noted that such meetings will henceforth be continuous,” the statement reads.
