A new earthquake was registered 12 km south-east of Yerevan

On 17 February, at 07:26 local time (03:26 GMT), the seismological network of the Territorial Seismic Protection Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Armenia registered an earthquake with 40.10 north latitude and 44.57 east longitude, Armenia: Yerevan 12 km south-east of the city, the epicenter was 10 km deep. The earthquake in the epicenter was 2.0 magnitude (aftershock).

The magnitude of the earthquake in the epicenter was 2-3 points.

The earthquake (aftershock) was felt in the cities of Yerevan and Artashat with a magnitude of 2.
