Changes in the composition of the Anti-Corruption Policy Council: Pashinyan’s new decision

The RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan signed a decision on making changes and additions to the RA Prime Minister’s Decision N 367-A of 19 March, 2020.

“Based on Articles 33 and 34 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Normative Legal Acts”:

  1. In the appendix to the decision N 367-A of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia of 19 March, 2020 “On approving the personal staff of the Anti-Corruption Policy Council”:

1) Replace the words “Eduard Aghajanyan” with the words “Arsen Torosyan”;

2) Replace the words “Srbuhi Galyan” with the words “Armen Hovhannisyan”;

3) Replace the words “Yervand Khundkaryan” with the words “Lilit Tadevosyan”;

4) Replace the words “Acting Head of the RA State Control Service” with the words “Head of the RA State Control Service”;

5) Remove the words “Naira Zohrabyan – Chairperson of the Standing Committee on Protection of Human Rights and Public Affairs of the RA National Assembly (by consent)”;

6) “Before the words “Representative of the “Bright Armenia” faction of the RA National Assembly (by consent)” add the words “Deputy Chairman of the Standing Committee on Protection of Human Rights and Public Affairs of the RA National Assembly,” the decision states.
