“Today, I visited the administrative territory of Astghashen community of Askeran region, got acquainted with the works of establishing a new settlement to be built with state and charitable means.” The President of the Artsakh Republic Arayik Harutyunyan stated.
“About 200 newly built houses are intended for homeless families in the region. Several similar large-scale housing projects will be launched soon,” the statement said.
