Two servicemen of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces, arrested by the RA NSS, have been released through the mediation of Russian peacekeepers. The Russian Defense Ministry’s press release reads that the Azerbaijanis were arrested on 30 January, 2021, in the area of Tegh settlement in Syunik Region of Armenia.
The Russian Defense Ministry also reports that Russian peacekeepers continue to ensure the return of Artsakh residents to their homes and provide humanitarian assistance. 96 people returned to Artsakh from Armenia on the last day. A total of 51,947 people have returned to Artsakh since 14 November, 2020.
