The court declared invalid the decrees of Robert Kocharyan to dismiss former military prosecutor, former Deputy Prosecutor General Gagik Jhangiryan and deprive him of his rank. The legal representative of the “Armenian National Congress” Armen Khachatryan announced this.
“Today, the Administrative Court upheld Gagik Jhangiryan’s lawsuit in full, and declared invalid Robert Kocharyan’s the illegal decrees to dismiss from office and deprive him of his rank,” Khachatryan said.
It should be reminded that Gagik Jhangiryan challenged the decrees of Robert Kocharyan dismissing him from the post of Deputy Prosecutor General in 2008, as well as depriving him of the rank of First Class State Adviser of Justice.
