The Ministry of Labor, Social Affairs and Migration of the Artsakh Republic informs:
“Dear people of Artsakh!
The Artsakh government is launching the first phase of a program to provide displaced families with housing.
The houses will be provided in rural communities located in Askeran, Martuni, Martakert and Shushi regions. The houses will be renovated and furnished. It is envisaged to provide the opportunity to engage in agriculture and means according to the family preference. The provision of residential houses will be implemented in the coming months.
You can submit the applications to the Ministry, indicating the contact details (telephone number, actual place of residence, name, and surname).
Write the title of the application: APPLICATION FOR RESIDENTIAL HOME, indicating the following information:
✅ number of family members, and composition,
✅family members: name, surname, passport or birth certificate data, social card number (SSN)),
✅ administrative district preferred from the mentioned regions,
✅other information,
