The first president of Armenia Levon Ter-Petrosyan wrote on his Facebook page a sentence from the speech made 8 December, 2007, which says

“Throughout history, the Armenian people have mainly suffered from the ignorance, short-sightedness and adventurism of their rulers. However, common sense has never done harm.”
