The State Emergency Situations Service of the Artsakh Republic informs.

“From 13 November, 2020 until today, the rescue squads of the State Emergency Situations Service are carrying out rescue and search operations in the places where hostilities took place.

As a result of these works, as of 20 December, 1,039 bodies were found, including the bodies of civilians.

With the intervention of the Director of the State Emergency Service, Major General Karen Sargsyan, the relatives of the killed or missing servicemen, as well as the military familiar with the area, are taking part in the search with the rescue detachments.

Today, the search continues in the mountainous forest parts of Shushi region, Martuni, Hadrut and Fizuli regions.
