The issue of snap elections is predetermined and I do not mind that even my political opponent, who destroyed the Armenian statehood Robert Kocharyan or Vazgen Manukyan, Vanetsyan, Karen Karapetyan or Nikol Pashinyan, or someone else, will become the Prime Minister of Armenia, but it is doubly important that the issue should be decided by the Armenian people, not by Ilham Aliyev.

What is happening at the moment, mostly on this platform, on the subconscious level and the conscious level of a part of our people, the issue of the future government of Armenia will not be decided by the citizen of Armenia, but [personally by the President of Azerbaijan.

We will understand what capitulation is at that moment.
