“Arayik Harutyunyan took part in the meeting of 44 military-civilian prisoners transported to the homeland

On 14 December President of the Artsakh Republic Arayik Harutyunyan took part in the meeting of 44 military and civilian prisoners on a plane carrying them home in Yerevan.

The head of state had a short meeting with the returned compatriots, emphasizing that the long-awaited expectations should henceforth turn into a process of speedy recovery and integration into public life, for which the Artsakh authorities are ready to make every effort.

RA Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Avinyan, RA Human Rights Defender Arman Tatoyan and Commander of the Russian peacekeeping troops in Artsakh Rustam Muradov took part in the meeting as well.”
