“Azerbaijanis have been blocking the road from the highway to the village for two days. Then the Russian peacekeepers came and set up a checkpoint. Now the families living in the village are safe. According to our information, the Russian peacekeepers are also negotiating with the Azerbaijanis to open the way,” the village head of Hin Shen said.
