Artsakh President Arayik Harutyunyan wrote on his Facebook page:

“Dear compatriots!

In these difficult days, when our people try to turn their backs again from the pain and bitterness of the loss caused by the terrible war, sometimes bright spots are noticed, which inspire us with hope and faith to live, to rebuild everything. A few minutes later, a plane carrying more than 40 of our captives returning to their homeland will land in Yerevan. I will meet them personally together with my relatives.

Finding out the fate of all our missing compatriots, returning all the surviving servicemen and citizens, finding the bodies of the victims and handing them over to the relatives continue to be the most urgent humanitarian issues on our agenda.”
