The leader of the “National Renaissance” Party Hayk Khanumyan wrote on his Facebook page:

“Dear people,

Yesterday, we met with the Russian command as well. Russia’s positions are clear: the points of the statement must be observed. New Russian observation points have been added to the published new map, including in Hin Tagher. It must be realized that the peacekeeping mission has limited personnel; it cannot take over the protection of the borders. It is the right and duty of the Artsakh Republic merely.

Let us further strengthen the Republic of Artsakh, the potential of its state institutions to fulfill this important task. If you do not take part in that, then at least do not support the enemy. Insidious misinformation and senseless intrigue unconditionally support the enemy’s aggression, which continued throughout the day yesterday.”
