RA Prime Minister’s spokeswoman Mane Gevorgyan wrote on her Facebook page:

“The attack of the Azerbaijani forces in the direction of Hin Tagher-Khtsaberd must first of all be responded to by the Russian peacekeepers.

The leadership of the peacekeepers is fully aware of the developments since early morning.”
