The Constitutional Court by a procedural decision rejected the application of the National Assembly Council to terminate Gagik Tsarukyan’s parliamentary powers.

Press secretary of the Constitutional Court Eva Tovmasyan reported.

“The decision will be sent to the parties within three days in accordance with the law and will be published on the official website of the Constitutional Court.”
