“Human Rights Watch recently published a report stating that Azerbaijani forces had captured numerous ethnic Armenian servicemen. According to the report, the Armenian captives were subjected to violence and humiliation. This is evidenced by the videos, which have been widely circulated on social networks since October.

The organization specifically noted that the Azerbaijani armed forces used force against the Armenian captives with the apparent intent to humiliate.
