Gegharkunik Governor Gnel Sanosyan reports: “Dear residents of Gegharkunik region, according to the signed trilateral statement, after the withdrawal of Armenian units from the Karvachar region, border adjustment and deployment works are being carried out in the border areas of some settlements of Gegharkunik region with the participation of Armenian, Russian and Azerbaijani sides.

The state border of the Republic of Armenia is guarded along the entire length by the relevant subdivisions of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia.

There are no Azerbaijani army soldiers inside the borders of Armenia.”
