The Armenian Embassy in Spain informs:

“Recently, the Spanish Congress accepted the next proposal-motion of MP John Inarritu, in which the Congress expresses its condolences to the families of the civilian-military victims of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict, reaffirms deep friendly relations with the Armenian people, strengthens the protection of Armenian cultural and religious centers under Azerbaijani control or in areas passing under their control.

Increase humanitarian aid to the people of Nagorno-Karabakh, if necessary, as well as the return of internally displaced persons and refugees to their homes. “None of the political forces represented in the Congress voted against the above-mentioned proposal-mediation.”
