More than 1100 people returned to Stepanakert in one day: RF Ministry of Defense

The Russian Defense Ministry reports that more than 1,100 people returned to Stepanakert in one day accompanied by peacekeepers.

It is mentioned that on 14 November, a total of more than 7,000 residents who had left their homes earlier returned.
