The RA Human Rights Defender Arman Tatoyan, mentioning Artsakh ombudsman Artak Beglaryan, writes on his Facebook page ․

“We have completed the 4th ad hoc report on the torture and inhuman treatment of members of Artsakh Defense Army and captured Armenians by Azerbaijani Armed Forces. It is the fourth only in terms of torture and cruelty.

Refers to the period from 4 to 18 November, and we have already started the preparation of the 5th report.

This report shows with concrete evidence all the atrocities, war crimes committed by the Azerbaijani armed forces. All this was done only because the captives are ethnic Armenians. All this is a result of the systematic policy of anti-Armenianism in Azerbaijan at the state level.

The report is a collection of evidence and analysis that confirms the Azerbaijani policy of ethnic cleansing and terrorist genocide in Artsakh.

P.S. We do not publish the content of such reports for obvious reasons, given the level of atrocities and torture in Azerbaijan. It is presented in full to the international bodies, as well as to the state bodies of Armenia, which have important functions on these issues.”
