Today the Minister of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Armenia Andranik Piloyan met with the Minister of the Russian Federation for Civil Defense, Emergencies and Elimination of Consequences of Natural Disasters Yevgeny Zinich. The ministers discussed the post-war realities, the possibilities of overcoming the consequences of the war.

А. Piloyan expressed the readiness of effective cooperation with Russian partners, expressing confidence that everything will be done to prevent a humanitarian catastrophe, to return the civilian population to normal life after the war.
The details of the forthcoming activities in the field of humanitarian aid were also discussed during the working meeting of the representatives of the Ministries of Emergency Situations of Armenia and Russia.
