Artsakh President Arayik Harutyunyan wrote on his Facebook page:

“Dear compatriots,

Today, I received Pascal Hunt, High Representative of the International Committee of the Red Cross.

Highly appreciating the efforts of the Red Cross in the process of removing the bodies of the victims and the search for the missing after the cessation of hostilities, I emphasized that the issue of exchanging prisoners of war is under the attention of the Artsakh authorities and the people. I urge to give a new impetus to the efforts in that direction, expressing our unconditional readiness.

During the meeting, which was also attended by Artsakh Human Rights defender Artak Beglaryan, we discussed a number of other activities to be carried out within the framework of cooperation.”
