On November 20, RA President Armen Sarkissian signed a decree, which states:

“Based on the proposal of the Prime Minister, in accordance with Article 131 of the Constitution, as well as Article 5, Part 1 of the Law on the Structure and Activities of the Government:

To appoint Mesrop ARAQELYAN Minister of Labor and Social Affairs.”
