The Director of the State Emergency Situations Service of Artsakh Republic, Major General Karen Sargsyan, today held a working meeting with the participation of the officials of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation, the Minister of Urban Development of Artsakh and the representative of the Human Rights Defender. The State Emergency Situations Service of Artsakh reported.
A wide range of issues related to the forthcoming construction and rehabilitation of infrastructure in peaceful settlements were discussed. Karen Sargsyan highlighted the work carried out to quickly repair the settlements destroyed by the rocket attack, as well as Russia’s concern and consistency on this issue, and the material assistance.
