Artsakh Information Headquarters informs, “The settlements of Nor Maragha, Nor Aygestan, Nor Seysula, Nor Karmiravan, Nor Haykajur, Hovtashen and Nor Jraberd in the Martakert region are under the control of Azerbaijan in fulfillment of the tripartite statement between the Prime Minister of Armenia and the Presidents of Russia and Azerbaijan to end the Karabakh war.”

The statement says that the Aghdam region will be returned to the Republic of Azerbaijan by 20 November, 2020. The mentioned settlements, as well as Akna settlement (Aghdam), according to the Azerbaijani side, are located in Aghdam region.

“Today, measures are being taken with state intervention to relocate the property of more than 2,000 residents of these villages, to provide temporary accommodation and other means.”
