“Dear compatriots!

I had a meeting with the commanders of the militia detachments that participated in defense against the large-scale military operations unleashed by Azerbaijan against the Artsakh Republic since 27 September, 2020.

I expressed my gratitude to the participants of the combat activities present at the meeting, as well as to those who were unable to attend for objective reasons, for their heroism and patriotic activities on the battlefield.

Reference was made to the situation in Artsakh, the concrete steps to be taken to correct the issues raised during the previous meetings in different dimensions. “
