“There is no doubt for me, there is no misunderstanding that I am the number one official who is responsible for what happened, responsible in the context of what happened,” Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said at a press conference today, on 16 0November.
He mentioned that he will be called to the account: due to the fact he must stand before the people’s judgment, but in order for the judge, the people, to be able to come to conclusions, they must know all the circumstances of the case.
