RA Ombudsman Arman Tatoyan wrote on his Facebook page:
“The note of the RA Prime Minister in connection with the call to the soldiers on the front line is extremely dangerous, especially in these responsible, very sensitive days. This, in fact, calls for civil strife. The post is especially reprehensible against the backdrop of videos that have been regularly published in recent days in military uniforms and by gunmen, containing hatred, calls for violence and death threats. It is obvious that the soldiers on the front line are armed and that post presupposes the implementation of those calls and threats, revenge. I call on everyone to show restraint, and law enforcement agencies are obliged to act in strict accordance with the law, only within the limits of the rule of law. It is necessary to prevent any kind of conflict or attempt of lynching.”
