The Human Rights defender of Artsakh Republic Artak Beglaryan wrote on his Facebook page: “Yesterday I received the delegations led by the RA Human Rights Defender Arman Tatoyan and the member of the House of Lords of Great Britain, Baroness Caroline Cox.

I presented to them the results of our fact-finding mission on the Azerbaijani atrocities, the current situation in Artsakh, and discussed some issues related to further cooperation.

I highly appreciated the extremely effective cooperation with my colleague in Armenia and Baroness Cox’s contribution to the protection of the rights of the people of Artsakh.

I accompanied them and presented some civilian objects damaged by the Azerbaijani rockets on the spot.”
