Armenia sends official notification to Azerbaijan: Representative of the Republic of Armenia in the ECtHR

The Office of the Representative of the Republic of Armenia to the ECtHR informs that the Republic of Armenia has sent an official notification to the Republic of Azerbaijan on the fulfillment of its obligations under the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination.
