The President of the Artsakh Republic Arayik Harutyunyan informs:

“Dear compatriots!

Today, I received the mayor of Yerevan Hayk Marutyan, who was on duty in the volunteer detachment in the defensive positions of Artsakh.

We discussed issues related to the organization of rapid restoration-reconstruction works in the capital Stepanakert due to the Azerbaijani aggression. Mr. Marutyan readiness and informed that the Yerevan Municipality would have a significant share, and that soon specialized groups in the field of utilities would be sent to Stepanakert. From 13 November, regular buses will be sent to Stepanakert from the area adjacent to Yerevan Municipality on a daily basis free of charge, which will transport all the citizens who had to take refuge in Yerevan or in the regions of Armenia due to the war.”
