Human Rights Defender Arman Tatoyan reports:

“The Human Rights Defender continues to be involved in the humanitarian process of exchanging Armenian prisoners and bodies during the Azerbaijani armed attacks initiated on 27 September, 2020.

The Human Rights Defender is in constant contact with the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia, the International Committee of the Red Cross, as well as with the families of the refugees and their lawyers.

From the first moment, the issues of protection of the rights of our compatriots have been under the attention of the Human Rights Defender’s staff, on a 24-hour basis, all the necessary measures have been taken within the maximum possibilities of the Defender’s legal status.”
