A criminal case has been initiated in the RA Special Investigation Service on the fact of organizing and holding rallies by high-ranking RA officials, as well as other persons in violation of the law, in accordance with Article 225 (1) of the RA Criminal Code.
An investigation is underway.
Note: A person that is suspected or accused of an alleged crime is considered innocent until his/her guilt is proved by a court judgment that has come into legal effect pursuant to the procedure determined by RA Criminal Procedure Code.
