On 11 November, the RA Minister of Defense David Tonoyan received Lieutenant General Rustam Muradov, Commander of the Russian Peacekeeping Troops, who arrived in the Nagorno Karabakh conflict zone to monitor the ceasefire regime.

The Minister of Defense of the Republic of Armenia David Tonoyan thanked for the rapid formation of the mission of the Russian peacekeeping contingent and expressed readiness to provide comprehensive assistance during the mission.

During the meeting, issues of organization and implementation of the mission by the peacekeeping unit were discussed.”
