“The Prime Minister made this decision at my suggestion, taking into account the results of the comprehensive assessment of the situation. That decision was an extreme necessity,“ Onik Gasparyan, Chief of the General Staff of the RA Armed Forces said in an interview with the First News Agency.
He noted that failure to do so could lead to irreparable losses.
“This is unequivocal, any speculation on this issue is unacceptable,” Onik Gasparyan said.
