Turkey must accept the signing of a declaration by Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev on the cessation of hostilities in Nagorno-Karabakh, otherwise the EU may impose additional sanctions on Turkey. French Foreign Minister Jean-Yves Le Drian announced.
