The ombudsman of the Republic of Azerbaijan Artak Beglaryan sent a message from one of the residential districts of Stepanakert, where an elderly woman and her two grandchildren were killed in a rocket attack by Azerbaijan today.
“Azerbaijan and Turkey continue to commit war crimes targeting the civilian population of Artsakh,” he said.
It should be reminded that on 27 September, the Azerbaijani armed forces launched a large-scale attack in Artsakh, targeting the civilian population. The Azerbaijani Armed Forces also targeted the military and civilian infrastructure of Artsakh, the Republic of Armenia, as a result of which 2 civilians were killed in Gegharkunik, 49 civilians were killed in Artsakh, and 144 civilians were wounded.
