this war situation provoked by Azerbaijan against Artsakh, in order to provide your social and administrative services (receipt of social payments, registration of documents, other services) and various assistance, the operative headquarters in Yerevan is already carrying out the full-fledged work, which is coordinated by the Minister of Labor, Social Affairs and Housing Mikael Virabyan.

This operative headquarters closely cooperates with the relevant bodies of the Republic of Armenia to coordinate the needs assessment and satisfaction of the citizens of the Artsakh Republic on the spot.
